Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in pension plan administration or benefits management
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Proficiency in federal HRIS systems (e.g., NSPS, DEERS)
- Deep understanding of federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
