Responsibilities
- Process and verify pension enrollment applications for new beneficiaries
- Maintain accurate digital records of retirement accounts and contributions
- Respond to participant inquiries via phone/email regarding plan benefits
- Assist with annual pension statement generation and distribution
- Support data reconciliation between payroll and pension systems
- Collaborate with finance teams on compliance reporting requirements
- Participate in ongoing training on pension regulations and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to learn complex pension regulations and procedures
