Responsibilities

- Provide expert guidance to retirees on pension options and retirement planning
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on regulatory updates
- Manage participant data using federal systems (e.g., HRConnect)
- Develop educational materials for pre-retirement seminars
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Federal benefits certification (e.g., CBP) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in federal HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Expert knowledge of TSP, FERS, and CSRS regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Active federal security clearance required
