Responsibilities
- Manage federal pension plan compliance and regulatory reporting under ERISA and IRS guidelines
- Analyze retirement fund data to optimize investment strategies and benefit structures
- Advise federal employees on pension options, retirement planning, and TSP contributions
- Develop and implement pension policy updates aligned with federal legislation changes
- Conduct risk assessments for pension fund portfolios and recommend mitigation strategies

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for OMB and congressional oversight committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pension plan management or federal benefits administration
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, ASPA, or federal pension specialist credentials)
- Expert knowledge of federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS) and TSP regulations
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling software and federal reporting systems
