- Manage pension system upgrades and data integrity initiatives
- Lead audits of third-party pension administration vendors
- Provide expert testimony on pension matters before federal tribunals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, HR, or Public Administration (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years pension administration or federal benefits experience
- SPBC or CEBS certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of ERISA, OPM regulations, and federal retirement systems
- Advanced proficiency in pension management software (e.g., NaviPlan)
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience leading cross-functional pension projects
