Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans with 100% regulatory compliance accuracy
- Conduct weekend-shift benefit enrollment sessions for federal employees

- Conduct internal audits of pension plan documentation systems
- Respond to high-priority employee inquiries via secure federal channels
- Collaborate with New York-based compliance teams on cross-jurisdictional cases
- Maintain real-time updates in federal pension management databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Federal Benefits Certification (FBC) required
- Advanced knowledge of ERISA and TCRS regulations
