Responsibilities
- Assist in pension plan administration including data entry and record maintenance
- Process retirement applications and benefit inquiries with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with federal/state pension regulations and reporting requirements
- Coordinate with government agencies to verify employment and earnings data
- Prepare monthly pension payments and reconciliation reports
- Support outreach programs for pension education and enrollment
- Maintain confidential participant records according to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Strong attention to detail with data accuracy skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
