Responsibilities
- Manage pension plan enrollment, disbursements, and documentation for night shift operations
- Process retirement applications and resolve benefit discrepancies with precision
- Conduct compliance audits for ERISA and Texas Retirement System guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to retirees during night hours
- Maintain accurate digital records using state-of-the-art benefits software
- Collaborate with auditors and legal teams for quarterly compliance reviews
- Train night shift staff on pension policies and procedural updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in pension administration or benefits management
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for night shift stakeholder interactions
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and Texas Retirement System
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
