Responsibilities
- Administer pension plans for state employees and retirees with meticulous accuracy

- Respond to inquiries from participants regarding pension benefits and eligibility requirements
- Maintain confidential records and documentation in accordance with state regulations
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure proper funding and reporting of pension liabilities
- Conduct periodic audits of pension records to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Stay updated on legislative changes affecting public pension systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in pension administration, benefits management, or financial analysis
- Proficiency with pension software (e.g., Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of ERISA and Ohio pension regulations
