Responsibilities

- Conduct audits of retirement plan documents and financial reporting
- Provide technical guidance to plan sponsors and participants
- Prepare compliance reports and regulatory filings
- Collaborate with legal teams on pension litigation support
- Develop educational materials for retirement plan stakeholders
- Track legislative updates affecting pension administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of pension plan administration experience
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS 401(k) regulations, and DOL guidelines
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., Alight, ADP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Federal background clearance eligibility
- Professional certification (CEBS, QKA, or CPA) preferred
