Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit multi-employer pension plans for compliance with federal regulations
- Analyze financial reports to assess plan solvency and funding adequacy
- Investigate potential fiduciary breaches and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for federal agencies and stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance to plan sponsors and trustees
- Collaborate with legal teams on enforcement proceedings when necessary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience with pension plan administration or ERISA compliance
- Knowledge of PBGC regulations and multi-employer plan requirements
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and data visualization tools
- Federal government background investigation eligibility required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CEBS, QPA, or ASA) preferred
