Responsibilities
- Process retirement applications and pension enrollment forms
- Assist in calculating pension benefits using specialized software Maintain accurate participant records and documentation
- Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with finance and HR departments on plan compliance
- Participate in ongoing training on pension regulations and procedures
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
