Responsibilities

- Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with HR departments on retirement planning workshops
- Prepare statistical reports for pension fund performance analysis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Pass background investigation and fingerprinting
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
