Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans including TSP and FERS with 100% accuracy
- Process weekend-shift retirement claims and benefit disbursements
- Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance with ERISA and OPM guidelines
- Provide weekend consultation to federal employees on retirement planning
- Maintain secure digital records using federal pension management systems
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on pension policy implementation
- Prepare quarterly reports for senior leadership on pension fund health
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 3+ years pension administration or federal benefits experience
- Expert knowledge of TSP, FERS, and CSRS regulations
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 6am-2pm)
- Federal security clearance eligibility required
- Advanced proficiency in BENEFITS and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
