Responsibilities
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls with empathy and accuracy
- Operate radio systems to coordinate field units
- Enter and update critical information in CAD/RMS systems
- Maintain detailed logs of all communications and activities
- Multi-task during high-pressure situations while prioritizing calls
- Provide life-saving instructions during medical emergencies

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. citizenship and valid California driver's license
