Responsibilities
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls with professionalism and urgency
- Dispatch appropriate police units using CAD systems
- Maintain accurate radio communication protocols
- Enter and update incident data in records management systems
- Provide critical information to field units during emergencies
- Multi-task between call-taking and dispatching duties

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
