Responsibilities
- Process emergency calls and dispatch police units efficiently
- Maintain accurate incident records and logs
- Operate radio systems and multi-line telephones
- Provide critical information to first responders

- Remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
