Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with accuracy and compassion
- Operate radio systems to coordinate field units and resources
- Enter and maintain critical data in CAD systems
- Provide life-saving instructions during medical emergencies
- Manage multiple information sources simultaneously
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols
- Complete all required training modules within timeline
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 40+ WPM
- Clear criminal background check
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
