Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls using CAD systems and prioritize dispatch protocols
- Relay critical information to police units, fire departments, and EMS personnel
- Maintain accurate radio communications during high-pressure situations
- Input and update case data in law enforcement databases
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass background check, drug screening, and psychological evaluation
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Must be 18+ years old and a U.S. citizen
