Responsibilities

- Provide pre-arrival instructions to callers

- Document call details per department protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Ability to pass background/drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency
- Clear communication skills under stress
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid NC driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required
