  • Collaborate with other public safety agencies and emergency services to ensure a unified response.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Valid North Carolina Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or emergency response role is a plus but not required.
