Responsibilities
- Process emergency calls, prioritize incidents, and dispatch appropriate resources
- Maintain accurate records of communications and activities using CAD systems
- Provide clear, concise instructions to callers during critical situations
- Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies
- Monitor radio frequencies and maintain constant situational awareness

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer proficiency with data entry skills
