Responsibilities
- Process 911 calls and prioritize emergency responses
- Operate CAD/RMS systems for accurate incident documentation
- Coordinate with officers, firefighters, and EMS teams
- Maintain calm communication during critical incidents
- Provide life-saving instructions via emergency protocols
- Update real-time status reports for field units
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Pass background check and polygraph examination
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM (will be tested)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Clear articulation and active listening skills
