Responsibilities
- Answer and triage emergency/non-emergency calls with precision
- Dispatch police officers and emergency resources dynamically
- Operate CAD systems and radio communications flawlessly
- Provide life-saving pre-arrival instructions to callers
- Maintain detailed incident documentation and records
- Coordinate with multiple agencies during critical incidents
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm during high-stress situations
