Responsibilities
- Process 911 calls and prioritize emergency situations
- Dispatch police units using CAD systems
- Maintain accurate radio communications
- Enter and update critical incident data

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- U.S. citizenship and valid CA driver's license
- Pass background check and polygraph examination
