Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls with exceptional composure and accuracy
- Dispatch police, fire, and EMS units using advanced CAD/Radio systems
- Maintain detailed incident logs and real-time situational awareness

- Provide life-saving instructions to callers during medical emergencies

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
