Responsibilities
- Answer emergency/non-emergency calls with exceptional composure and accuracy
- Dispatch police, fire, and medical resources using CAD/RAD systems
- Maintain detailed call logs and incident documentation
- Provide life-saving instructions to callers during emergencies
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Operate radio communication systems under pressure
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be 18+ years old and a US citizen
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Typing proficiency (40+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills

- Nevada driver's license with clean record
