Responsibilities
- Process emergency calls and dispatch appropriate police units using CAD/RMS systems
- Maintain accurate logs of all communications and incident reports
- Provide clear, calm instructions to callers during critical incidents
- Coordinate with multi-agency responders (fire, EMS) during emergencies
- Monitor radio traffic and prioritize incident responses
- Operate specialized communication equipment under pressure

Qualifications
