Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with precision and compassion
- Operate CAD systems and radio communications during high-stress scenarios
- Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies
- Maintain detailed incident logs and documentation
- Utilize provided equipment (headsets, monitors, CAD terminals)
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols
- Participate in ongoing training drills and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Pass background check and polygraph examination
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Clear diction and excellent communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and residency in New Mexico
- No felony convictions
