Responsibilities

  • Receive, prioritize, and accurately process incoming emergency and non-emergency calls for service.
  • Dispatch law enforcement, fire, and medical units to incident locations using Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems.

  • Provide accurate directions and information to callers while remaining calm under pressure.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
