Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; completion of a dispatch academy or post-secondary education in criminal justice is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 35-40 wpm) and proficiency with computer systems.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
