Responsibilities

  • Communication Liaison: Act as the primary communicator between callers, field units, and supporting agencies, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Training Compliance: Complete all required classroom instruction, field training, and certifications within the designated Trainee timeframe.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Some college coursework is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely over the radio.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
