Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with accuracy and urgency
- Operate computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems and radio equipment
- Coordinate with police, fire, and EMS agencies during critical incidents
- Maintain detailed call logs and incident documentation
- Provide clear, calm instructions to callers in emergency situations
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous training on protocols and technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments

- U.S. citizenship and valid California driver's license
