Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and business addresses across assigned Tucson routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at mailboxes and post offices
- Operate scanning equipment to track delivery confirmations
- Assist in processing incoming/outgoing mail at distribution centers
- Adhere to strict USPS security protocols and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for scanning equipment operations
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
