Responsibilities
- Sort and organize mail/packages for assigned delivery routes
- Safely operate USPS vehicles and navigate Miami streets
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries
- Operate scanning equipment for package tracking
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery standards
- Assist with mail processing during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Ability to work in Miami's climate conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management
