Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and navigate diverse neighborhoods
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems and digital tools
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
