Responsibilities
- Sort, load, and deliver mail/packages along designated routes efficiently
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Process customer transactions at retail counters with professionalism
- Collect and account for postage and fees accurately
- Operate scanning equipment for tracking and delivery confirmation
- Maintain route security and report suspicious activities
- Complete daily delivery reports and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to walk 5-8 miles daily in varying weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and customer service skills
