Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during mail interactions
- Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance
- Adhere to USPS security protocols and privacy standards
- Assist with mail processing operations at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
