Responsibilities
- Sort, prepare, and deliver mail/packages to residential and business addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service at postal facilities and during delivery
- Operate automated mail processing equipment when assigned
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Manage delivery route efficiency and time management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to work location
