Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Sort and organize mail according to USPS regulations and routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and follow all traffic laws
- Assist with mail processing duties at distribution facilities
- Report maintenance issues for postal equipment and vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
