Responsibilities
- Sort and deliver mail/packages efficiently to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely in all weather conditions
- Collect outgoing mail and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service at retail counters and during delivery
- Adhere to USPS security protocols and safety standards
- Operate automated mail processing equipment
- Maintain accurate tracking of undeliverable or returned mail
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
