Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during mail interactions
- Perform mail collection from designated mailboxes
- Report delivery issues and damaged mail promptly
- Operate USPS technology systems (handheld scanners, etc.)
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy
