Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute mail/packages efficiently at processing facilities
- Deliver mail to residential/business addresses along designated routes
- Collect outgoing mail and parcels from customers
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Follow USPS safety protocols and procedures
- Report maintenance issues for vehicles and facilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to walk/stand for 6+ hours daily
- Pass background check and drug screening
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
