Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently in all weather conditions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication logs
- Process customer transactions at retail counters (stamp sales, P.O. box services)
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and service standards
- Assist with special mail campaigns during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and stand/walk 6+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for package tracking systems
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
- Background clearance and drug screening required
