Responsibilities
- Sort, distribute, and deliver mail/packages along assigned routes safely and efficiently
- Operate postal vehicles and equipment following safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points and retail counters
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report service issues
- Operate automated mail processing machinery when assigned
- Participate in continuous training on postal regulations and technology
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and walk extended distances daily
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
