Responsibilities
- Sort and organize incoming/outgoing mail and packages efficiently
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential and commercial addresses along designated routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely, adhering to traffic laws and USPS policies
- Collect outgoing mail from collection boxes and businesses
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Operate scanning devices for mail tracking and accountability
- Adhere to safety protocols in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and walk extended distances
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in varying weather conditions
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
