Responsibilities
- Process, sort, and distribute mail/packages according to USPS standards
- Operate mail processing equipment efficiently and safely
- Provide exceptional customer service at retail counters and via phone
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation
- Adhere to all USPS safety protocols and operational procedures
- Assist with special mail campaigns during peak seasons
- Support inventory management of postal supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for tracking systems
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
