Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and deliver mail/packages to residential/commercial addresses across NYC boroughs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Operate delivery vehicles safely while adhering to USPS regulations and traffic laws
- Manage mail volume efficiently during peak seasons and weather conditions
- Assist in facility operations including mail sorting and equipment maintenance
- Participate in continuous training to enhance service delivery skills
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with valid work authorization
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
