Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate route documentation
- Collect outgoing mail and process postage payments
- Provide courteous customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report service disruptions
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and operational procedures
- Assist with mail processing at distribution facilities as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for route management systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
