Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages along assigned routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service at customer residences/businesses
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery standards
- Process and collect postage payments when required
- Report delivery issues or irregularities promptly
- Assist with mail processing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
- Strong customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to walk extended distances (6-8 hours daily)
